Getting started

Can I get a free sample?

Yes. Send us photos of one product and we'll create one AI image for you, free, so you can see the quality before you commit.

How much does it cost?

Every project is quoted on what you need: the number of images or videos, formats and languages. Send us a short brief and we'll reply with a quote.

How long does it take?

AI product photography takes 7 to 10 working days. AI videos can be ready in as little as one week, depending on the project.

Do we see the idea before it's made?

Yes. We share the creative direction first, and a full storyboard for video. Nothing is produced until you approve it.

What do you need from us?

Photos of your product from every angle, a short brief and your key selling points. That's it.

Do you work with agencies?

Yes. We work as a white-label production partner for creative, media and performance agencies, delivering content under your agency's name.

Do you work with brands outside Spain?

Yes. We work remotely with brands across Europe and beyond, and can deliver content in several languages.

AI content

What is AI UGC?

AI UGC is creator-style video, like a real customer talking about your product, made with AI. It looks and feels like user-generated content, without finding creators, shipping products or waiting for edits.

What is AI product photography?

AI product photography uses photos of your real product to create new, campaign-quality images with artificial intelligence. Your product can appear in any scene, location or on a model, without organising a photo shoot.

Can people tell it's AI?

No. We work on light, texture, proportions and product detail so every image looks shot on a real set. Your customers see your product, not the AI.

Will my product look the same in every image?

Yes. We keep your product, your models and your style consistent across every image, video and format, so your brand is recognisable at a glance.

Is AI content as good as a real photo shoot?

Yes. Every project is led by creative and art direction, and AI is our production tool, not the idea. You approve the creative direction before anything is produced, so the result matches your brand.

Is it cheaper than a traditional photo shoot?

In most cases, yes. There is no studio, crew, travel or location to pay for, so you get more content in less time and for less cost.

Can you show my product on models or in real locations?

Yes. We can place your product on models of any age, gender or style, and in any location, from a city street to a beach or a studio set.

What is AI video production?

AI video production uses artificial intelligence to create product videos, reels and brand films from photos of your product, with no filming, crew or location.

Will the content match my brand?

Yes. We start from your brand guidelines and existing visuals, and you approve every creative direction, so every image and video looks like your brand.

Are AI-generated ads allowed on Meta and TikTok?

Yes. Both platforms accept ads made with AI. TikTok asks advertisers to label realistic AI-generated content, and Meta may add an "AI info" label to some ads. We follow each platform's current rules so your ads run smoothly.

Content that sells

Why is content important for sales?

Content is how customers meet your product before they buy it. In ads, on social and in your online store, the image or video is what stops the scroll and makes people want it. A Nielsen study of 450 campaigns found creative quality drives 56% of the sales lift from digital ads, more than media and targeting.

How does better content increase sales?

People buy what they can picture. Strong photos and videos stop the scroll, show your product at its best and build trust. That means more clicks, more add-to-carts and more sales, in your store and in your ads.

What is conversion-focused content?

Content made to get an action, not just likes. It shows the product clearly in the first seconds, answers the buyer's doubts about size, use and quality, fits each platform's format and ends with a clear next step. Every Novaia piece is planned around the action you want: a click, an add-to-cart or a sale.

How often should a brand post on social media?

More often than most brands manage. Common Instagram guidance is 3 to 5 posts and 2 Reels a week, with Stories every day. On TikTok, a Buffer study of 11.4 million posts found accounts posting 11 or more times a week got 34% more views per post than weekly posters. The limit is usually content, not ideas. That is what we fix.

How much content does a brand need each month?

Enough to post consistently and keep fresh ads live. For most brands that means dozens of images and videos a month across feed, Stories, Reels, TikTok and ads, in several formats and often several languages. 78% of marketers say they need more content than they can produce (Salesforce). We size a monthly plan to your channels.

What makes a product photo sell?

Clarity, context and light. The product must be sharp and easy to read in a small feed, shown in a scene your buyer recognises, and lit to show texture and detail. Showing it in use and at real scale removes doubt. A consistent style across every image builds trust in the brand.

Do product videos help conversion?

Yes, when they are built for the platform. Video shows movement, fit and use in a way a still image cannot, and answers questions before they are asked. Meta reports that Reels ads built to spec (9:16, with sound, inside the safe zones) get 34.5% lower cost per result than image ads.

What is UGC and why does it work in ads?

UGC (user-generated content) is content that looks made by real customers: selfie videos, unboxings, reviews to camera. It works because it feels native to the feed and reads as a recommendation, not an ad. With AI UGC we create that look for you, without casting creators or shipping product.

Can Novaia replace an in-house content team?

For many brands, yes. We handle creative direction, photos, videos and ad creatives in one place, so you get a steady flow of content without hiring, managing and paying a full team.

What products do you work with?

Any product. Fashion, footwear, beauty, skincare, jewelry, home and furniture, food and drinks, restaurants, hotels and travel, retail and ecommerce, sports and fitness, tech, cars, real estate, kids, pets, and agencies.

Can you create images for my online store?

Yes. We create ecommerce product images, lifestyle images and banners for your website, your Shopify store or marketplaces such as Amazon.

Do you make in-store visuals and big-screen videos?

Yes. We create large-format print visuals and videos for in-store screens, windows and events, with the same realism as a real shoot.

Do you also design websites and campaigns?

Yes. As well as photos and videos, we design campaign concepts, ad creatives, websites and landing pages, so your whole funnel has the same quality.

Do you design landing pages for ads?

Yes. A landing page that matches your ad keeps the message the same from click to checkout, which helps more visitors buy.

Does new visual content help SEO?

It helps. Original images with descriptive file names and alt text can rank in Google Images and Google Shopping, and fresh, useful pages give search engines more to index. Stock photos that appear on hundreds of other sites add little. Custom content is unique to your brand.

Ads and conversion

What is a conversion rate?

The share of people who take the action you want, such as buying or signing up, out of everyone who visits or clicks. If 1,000 people click your ad and 20 buy, your conversion rate is 2%. Better images, clearer product videos and a landing page that matches the ad are among the strongest levers.

How can content improve my ecommerce conversion rate?

By removing doubt. Show the product from every angle, in use, at real scale and in real settings. Add video for movement and fit, and make your ads and product pages look the same so the click feels continuous. Content that answers questions visually means fewer people leave before buying.

What is ROAS and how is it calculated?

ROAS (return on ad spend) is the revenue your ads bring in divided by what you spent on them. Spend €1,000, make €4,000 in sales, and your ROAS is 4. Platform ROAS is the figure Meta, Google or TikTok reports in its own ads dashboard.

What is the difference between ROAS and conversion rate?

Conversion rate tells you how many people acted. ROAS tells you how much revenue each euro of ad spend brought back. Better creative can lift both: more people click and buy, and you pay less to reach them.

How does Novaia help improve ROAS?

Scroll-stopping creatives raise hook rate and CTR, more variations help the platforms find buyers faster, and consistent quality builds trust at checkout. That is how brands improve their platform ROAS with us.

Will better creative improve my ad results?

Creative is the biggest lever in paid social. Stronger hooks raise your 3-second view rate and hook rate, clearer visuals raise CTR, and more variations help the algorithm find what converts, which lowers your cost per acquisition.

Do you create ads that convert?

Yes. We create ads for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Google in every format, with hooks built for the first 3 seconds and a clear message to lift CTR. In other languages on request.

What makes a good hook in a video ad?

Show the product or the payoff straight away, with movement, a face or a surprising visual. People give a post in a mobile feed about 1.7 seconds of attention (Facebook IQ), and TikTok found over 63% of its highest-CTR ads show the key message or product in the first 3 seconds.

What is hook rate?

Hook rate is the share of people who keep watching your video ad past the first 3 seconds. A strong hook stops the scroll, and it's the first thing we design for.

How can I improve the CTR of my ads?

Sharper visuals, a clear product benefit and a strong first frame usually lift click-through rate. Testing several creatives shows which one your audience clicks most.

Why localize ad creative?

People stop for what feels familiar: their language, their streets, their faces, their season. One global ad can feel foreign in some markets. With AI we adapt text, scenes and models for each country from one brief, with no new shoot, so every market gets an ad that feels local.

How does creative affect ad costs?

Platforms reward ads people engage with. Creative that holds attention and earns clicks tends to win auctions more cheaply, lowering your cost per click and cost per result. Meta found ad sets with 3 to 10 creatives had a 46% lower median cost per action than ad sets with just one.

Why do my ads stop working after a few weeks?

Creative fatigue. Your audience has seen the ad too often, so they scroll past, CTR drops and costs rise. The median ad creative stays live about 18 days (Motion, 550,000 ads). The fix is a steady supply of new creative, which is exactly what we produce.

How many ad creatives do I need?

Enough to test. Running several variations per campaign, with different hooks, formats and messages, helps you find the winners faster and keeps results from fading.

Which ad formats do you create?

Feed and story formats for Instagram and Facebook (1:1, 4:5 and 9:16), vertical videos for TikTok and Reels, and Google and YouTube sizes, including 16:9.

Do you make content for TikTok and Instagram Reels?

Yes. Vertical 9:16 videos with hooks for the first seconds, captions and pacing made for short-form feeds.

Can you create Black Friday and Christmas campaigns quickly?

Yes. There is no shoot to organise, so we can produce seasonal and trend-driven content fast, from Black Friday and Christmas to summer launches.

Testing and learnings

What is creative testing?

Running several versions of an ad at the same time to learn what your audience responds to: different hooks, scenes, formats, models or messages. The winners get more budget and the losers show you what to avoid. Only about 4 to 8% of ads become winners (Motion), so the number of ideas you test matters.

How do I A/B test ad creatives?

Change one thing at a time, such as the first 3 seconds, the background or the headline, and keep budget and audience the same. Let each version collect enough results before you judge it. Meta's A/B test and TikTok's split test tools handle the split for you. We deliver the variations ready to test.

How many ad variations should I test?

Enough to give the algorithm real choices. Meta found ad sets with 3 to 10 creatives had a lower cost per action than ad sets with one. A practical start is 3 to 5 distinct concepts, each in 9:16, 4:5 and 1:1, refreshed as results come in.

Which metrics should I track for ad creatives?

Hook rate (did they stop?), hold rate (did they keep watching?), CTR (did they click?), and cost per result and ROAS (did it sell?). Together they show where an ad wins or loses, so you know whether to fix the opening, the story or the offer.

What is hold rate?

The share of people who keep watching your video after the hook, often measured as ThruPlays or 15-second views divided by 3-second views. A high hook rate with a low hold rate means the opening works but the middle loses people.

How do I know when an ad has creative fatigue?

Watch for frequency going up while CTR goes down and cost per result climbs, week after week. Ads left 3 to 4 weeks without a refresh are reported to see CPMs rise and CTR fall sharply. Refresh or replace the creative before results slide.

What can I learn from my best-performing ads?

Which hooks, scenes, people, formats and messages your buyers respond to. Break each winner into parts and make new versions that keep what worked and change one thing. Share your results with us and we use them to brief the next round, so every batch starts smarter than the last.

How often should I refresh my ad creatives?

Before fatigue sets in. With the median ad lasting about 18 days, a practical rhythm is new creative every 1 to 2 weeks for your main campaigns, and faster when you spend heavily or target a small audience.

Is AI content good for creative testing?

It's ideal for it. Testing needs many variations quickly: new scenes, models, backgrounds and formats. With AI you get them in days instead of booking new shoots, so you can test more ideas and scale the winners sooner.
